• close toed tennis, dance, athletic shoes - no sandals or open toed shoes, no boots.
• Refillable water bottle or other closed lid containers of liquid
• braces, wraps, padding, etc that you may need for your own support
• a notebook, tablet, or device to take notes with/ on *optional
• snacks you may need/ want 
• networking information (business cards, etc) to exchange with participants *if desired
